Parental Consent form for all teen activities is linked below.  Please print, fill out and bring either to the church office before an event or send with your teen to the event.  ALL TEENS will need a form filled out BEFORE they can participate in an event off campus.

CHRISTyle Youth Ministries exists to REACH non-believing students,

Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00pm during the school year

Sunday School 9:30 am - 10:30 am every Sunday Morning

Church 11:00 am - 12:00 pm every Sunday Morning
